Return, Replacement & Refund Policy 

Return Policy  
We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery.

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:  
- You have received a wrong product, or  
- The product is damaged during delivery  

To be eligible for a return:  
- You must inform us within 3 days of delivery  
- The product must be unused and in original packaging  
- An unboxing video or clear images are required for verification  

After 3 days of delivery, return requests will not be accepted.

Replacement Policy  
Once your return request is received, our team will verify and cross-check the issue.

If approved:  
- A replacement will be shipped within 7–10 business days  
- Replacement is subject to stock availability  


Refund Policy  
We generally provide replacement only. Refunds will be processed only in exceptional cases (if replacement is not possible).

If a refund is approved:  
- You will be notified via email  
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days  
- Bank processing time may vary
