All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Orders are typically delivered within 6–8 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and external factors.

Shipping Charges  
We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India. No additional shipping charges will be applied at checkout.

Order Tracking  
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email to track your shipment.

Delivery Delays  
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistics issues, or remote locations. Ayova Organics is not responsible for such delays.

Incorrect Address  
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts  
If the delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, the courier partner may reattempt delivery. If the order is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Wrong Product  
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@ayovaorganics.com with proper proof (unboxing video or images).
